Does a hot tub need its own circuit?
Yes. Most need a dedicated 240-volt circuit with a GFCI disconnect in sight of the tub.
What is pool bonding?
Tying the metal parts around a pool together so they stay at the same voltage. It’s what keeps a swimmer from feeling a shock, and it isn’t optional.
