What Atkinson is built out of
Atkinson is mostly single-family homes on big lots, a lot of them colonials and capes built from the seventies through the early two-thousands, with older farmhouses along the original roads and newer neighborhoods tucked in between.
Big lots mean long driveways, detached garages and outbuildings, and wooded roads where a storm can take the power down for a while. That shapes most of the work we do in town.
