mini-splits and heat tape

Ready for a New England winter.

Two jobs that come up every fall. Mini-split heat pumps need their own circuits and disconnects. Roofs and gutters that build ice dams need heat tape, wired and controlled properly. We do both.

Questions

Common questions.

When should heat tape go in?

Before the first freeze. Once ice is built up on a roof, it’s a harder and more dangerous job.

Prior to calling Pallaria I had called a few local electricians who didn't return calls. I then got multiple recommendations for Pallaria. Dave got right back to us and kept communication open. He showed up on time, and did a wonderful job with his crew. The job was immaculate and clean upon finishing. His quote was on point and there were no hidden cost. I will never use anyone else, highly recommend Pallaria Electric!
