Electrician in Windham, NH
Windham has grown fast, with a lot of newer and larger homes, along with older places around Cobbett’s Pond and Canobie Lake.
West of Salem, along I-93.
What Windham is built out of
Much of Windham was built in the last few decades: large colonials with finished basements, three-car garages, pools and big yards. Around the ponds there are older homes and converted cottages.
Bigger houses carry bigger loads, and owners here are often adding the next thing: a pool, a generator, an EV charger or a finished lower level.
Adding the next thing
Even a newer 200-amp service can fill up when a pool heater, an EV charger and a generator all go on the same panel. A load calculation tells you whether you have room before you buy anything.
For older homes near the water, the work looks more like Hampstead: updating wiring added in stages over the years.

Prior to calling Pallaria I had called a few local electricians who didn't return calls. I then got multiple recommendations for Pallaria. Dave got right back to us and kept communication open. He showed up on time, and did a wonderful job with his crew. The job was immaculate and clean upon finishing. His quote was on point and there were no hidden cost. I will never use anyone else, highly recommend Pallaria Electric!
We had an emergency over the weekend and this electrician really came through for us. They were professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication was clear and timely, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
Has Installed all the electrical required at one of my recent pool builds. Extremely Knowledgeable and reliable. I will be using on future installs.
