Electrician in Hampstead, NH
Hampstead has lakes, older village homes and seasonal cottages that turned into year-round houses. Each one comes with its own wiring history.
Just north of Atkinson.
What Hampstead is built out of
Around Wash Pond, Island Pond and Sunset Lake you will find camps and cottages that started out seasonal and have since been winterized and expanded, often more than once. Away from the water it is colonials, capes and newer neighborhoods.
A converted cottage is where we find the most surprises: wiring added in stages by different people, sometimes without permits, on a service never meant for year-round living.
Summer camps that became homes
When a seasonal place becomes a year-round home, it suddenly needs heat, hot water and a full kitchen running all winter. The wiring often has not caught up.
We start by looking at what is actually there, then put together a plan that brings it up to code without tearing out more than we have to.

Prior to calling Pallaria I had called a few local electricians who didn't return calls. I then got multiple recommendations for Pallaria. Dave got right back to us and kept communication open. He showed up on time, and did a wonderful job with his crew. The job was immaculate and clean upon finishing. His quote was on point and there were no hidden cost. I will never use anyone else, highly recommend Pallaria Electric!
We had an emergency over the weekend and this electrician really came through for us. They were professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication was clear and timely, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
Has Installed all the electrical required at one of my recent pool builds. Extremely Knowledgeable and reliable. I will be using on future installs.
